SOUTH BAY SUPPLY LLC was formed in order to bring the highest quality abrasive products and tooling to industry at the best value with a premium on service.  The company’s President, Chuck Stormes, was previously an owner of The Wickman Corporation a manufacturer of custom Superabrasive Grinding wheels and Honing stones and has spent over 18 years exclusively in the Manufacturing, Application Engineering, and Sales and Service fields of the Superabrasive industry.  Prior to working with Superabrasives, Chuck spent over 10 years in the Applications, Sales, and Product Management of Machine Tools and Precision Cutting Tool Measuring devices.

We offer proven grinding wheel specifications from leading United States manufacturers and work closely with Suppliers to engineer products for our own label.  We offer many Standard items from stock along with short lead times and competitive pricing on items made to order.  We provide application engineering and recommendations on crystal and bond configurations to suit the customer’s requirements.  Special requests are always taken under close consideration.
